11. "FAST-ATTACH" TRACTORS ONLY Assemble mounting arms to inside of angle mounting brackets using four 5/16" x 1" carriage bolts, 5/16" lock washers and 5/16" hex nuts. See figure 7.

FIGURE 8 13. Loosely fasten front ends of mounting arms together using two 3/8" x 1-1/4" carriage bolts, 3/8" lock washers and 3/8" hex nuts. Place axle bushing between front ends of mounting arms, centering bushing up and down. Assemble handle lock bracket to lift handle arm using two 5/16" x 1" carriage bolts, 5/16" lock washers and 5/16" hex nuts. hitch bracket assembly using two 5/16" x 1" hex bolts and 5/16" nylock nuts. Use the upper set of holes in the lift handle arm, unless you have a Fast-Attach tractor with 15" tires. Use the bottom set of holes for a FastAttach tractor with 15" tires. FAST-ATTACH TRACTORS WITH 15" FRONT TIRES Attach the hitch brackets to the ends of the mounting arms using two 5/8" x 7/8" clevis pins and 1/8" hairpin cotters. See figure 14.
