[. . . ] 2 INSTALLATION Electric Connection · This unit is designed to operate from an adequate supply mentioned at the rating label sticked to the rear of it. Caution: If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced by a repair shop appointed by the manufacturer, because special purpose tools are required. Caution (Only for Dual Voltage Model) · Make sure that the electric connector is set for your available voltage before operating the washing machine. If you want to change the voltage, remove the back cover and reset the connector as figures. · Connect the grounding wire(option) to a water faucet if the pipe is made of metal, before plugging the power cord into the socket. [. . . ] % When washing is finished, set the drain selector to the "DRAIN" position and drain the wash tub. Set the drain selector to the "WASH · RINSE" position. $ Set the drain selector to the "DRAIN" position to discharge the water. Water Saving Rinse Note: Before rinsing, the wash load may be transferred to the spindryer drum for spinning for 2~3 minutes (approx. ) to remove suds(See HOW TO SPIN DRYING). On completion, transfer the wash load to the wash tub for rinsing. !Set the drain selector to the "WASH · RINSE" or "OFF" position. @ Turn the water tap on and supply proper amount of water to the wash tub. $ Set the drain selector to the "DRAIN" position to discharge the water. HOW TO SPIN DRYING !Put the wet clothes into the spindryer drum, being sure that they are well balanced as shown below. @ Place the safety cover horizontally on the top # Close the inner lid and spindryer lid. (The machine will not spin if the spindryer lid is open. ) $ Turn the spin timer to the clockwise direction until you reach the desired spin time position.
